Social Media Manager

Tasks

• Manage and engage the company’s digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and Marketplace.
• Analyze the company’s current social media presence and recommend practical improvements.
• Develop, plan, and coordinate the content calendar to ensure a consistent, relevant, and brand-aligned online presence.
• Create and implement initiatives to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and company visibility.
• Write, create, and publish original content tailored to each platform, including posts, photos, videos, and visual assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and branch locations to identify content opportunities and showcase the company’s products, teams, and initiatives.
• Respond to comments, private messages, and inquiries received through various platforms.
• Manage customer inquiries through to resolution while maintaining a positive brand experience.
• Report customer feedback, needs, trends, and interests to management.
• Monitor digital trends and explore new opportunities, including YouTube, video content, and artificial intelligence tools.
• Track and analyze platform and campaign performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.
• Travel to various branch locations, when required, to create authentic, on-site content.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing social media accounts for a company or brand.
• Strong proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Experience in content creation, including copywriting, photography, videography, and visual design.
• Ability to develop content strategies, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written communication skills, creativity, autonomy, and initiative.
• Portfolio or concrete examples of campaigns, managed accounts, or created content required.
• Professional bilingualism in French and English required (approximately 50% of communications are conducted in English).
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for required travel.
• Occasional availability during evenings and weekends for activities, events, or content creation needs.
