HealthTECH is seeking a Qualifacts Credible Implementation and Configuration Consultant to assist with a Qualifacts implementation at a supportive housing organization in the Pacific Northwest.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build Credible forms for the housing case management workflow, starting with housing case notes as the core documentation type.
- Configure and manage the data dictionary (custom fields, lookup fields, label customization on locked tables) to support housing-appropriate terminology.
- Map the client’s case management processes into Credible’s capabilities, advising clearly on what is and isn’t possible within the platform’s constraints.
- Configure simplified Medicaid billing under Washington’s Foundational Community Supports (FCS) program, including EDI claim submission to Availity, 835 remittance intake and reconciliation, and remaining-unit visibility.
- Support the client in working sessions with the Qualifacts implementation team.
- Support case manager go-live and provide approximately 90 days of post-launch stabilization.
What You Bring
- Deep hands-on experience implementing and configuring Qualifacts Credible: form building, data dictionary, and billing configuration in production environments
- Proven ability to work within Credible’s platform constraints (locked object model, limited interoperability) and creatively deliver client requirements
- Behavioral health or human services EHR implementation background
- Medicaid billing configuration experience: EDI/837 submission, 835 remittance processing and reconciliation, unit/authorization tracking
- Strong workflow design and requirements-translation skills, able to convert non-clinical processes into EHR configuration
- Comfortable working fully remote with a technically engaged internal project team
Preferred
- Washington State Medicaid experience, especially Foundational Community Supports (FCS) billing for housing and supportive services
- Experience with supportive housing, homeless services, or other non-traditional Credible deployments
- Familiarity with Availity clearinghouse workflows
- Exposure to Salesforce and/or Yardi in a healthcare data integration context
- Experience preparing organizations for behavioral health licensure and phased clinical go-lives
- Experience managing or negotiating with EHR vendor implementation teams
Details
- Location: Fully remote (client is in Pacific Northwest)
- Type: Contract / staff augmentation (hourly)
- Hours: Full-time (~40 hours/week) during discovery and build, tapering to part-time through go-live and approximately 90 days of post-launch support
- Start: ASAP
