Campaign Optimization & Strategy: Build, launch, and refine diverse Google Ads campaigns (including Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max) to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Product, and SEO teams to audit landing pages, streamline user journeys, and present performance insights to key stakeholders.
Audience & Feed Management: Manage product feed health and execute sophisticated audience strategies utilizing remarketing, Customer Match lists, and custom segments.
Data & Tracking Infrastructure: Setup, audit, and troubleshoot conversion tracking flows using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and conversion pixels to ensure clean data integration.
Budget & Bid Management: Strategically allocate budgets and master smart bidding strategies (Target ROAS/CPA) to navigate seasonality and algorithm learning phases.
What you must have:
Professional Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience managing high-growth Google Ads campaigns at scale.
Technical Mastery: High proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
Data & Tracking Expertise: Proven ability to implement and audit complex tracking architectures, including GTM configurations and pixel setups.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong capability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate performance metrics into clear, actionable business strategies.
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey technical marketing concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Valued Assets (Nice-to-Have): Experience with Meta Ads, e-commerce platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce), SEO principles, or data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau).
Salary/Rate Range: $100,000 - $120,000
