As the Project Billing Clerk, you'll work closely with the Controller and be the go-to person for keeping project billing running smoothly. Your days will be a mix of preparing invoices, reviewing staff time entries, managing accounts receivable, reconciling payments, and helping keep everything organized behind the scenes. You'll partner with teammates across the business to sort out billing questions, resolve coding discrepancies, and support a variety of accounting tasks along the way. No two days are exactly the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes staying organized, and takes pride in keeping things on track while working with a friendly, collaborative team.
