What skills and strengths you will bring as Partnerships Coordinator:

  • 1-3 years of experience coordinating projects, events, campaigns, or initiatives involving multiple partners and deadlines.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to develop compelling proposals, sponsorship materials, reports, and partner communications.

  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with confidence representing the organization in meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple priorities, reporting deadlines, and stakeholder relationships.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to identify opportunities, take initiative, and work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify partnership opportunities and align organizational priorities with funder and stakeholder interests.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in proposal development, reporting, record keeping, and data management.
