Job Description
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Investor Services production support team ensures IS applications run smoothly, reliably, and with minimal disruption. In this role you would be responsible for monitoring batch jobs and online components, handle incidents, provide prompt resolution to problem tickets and continuous process improvement. You will also participate in various audit, risk and compliance items. You will work closely with business and operation partners to provide fast resolution to queries and provide guidance through analytical skillset.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Address:
