Job description
Advance your career at MCAP as the Senior Director of AI Software Engineering in Waterloo, Ontario. Help shape the future of software delivery with AI-driven methodologies. You will play a pivotal role in leading the charge towards AI integration across the engineering landscape at MCAP. This hands-on position requires collaboration with diverse teams to enhance existing workflows and architectural decisions. Your accountability for strategic IT planning will impact operations on multiple levels. Key Responsibilities: • Champion the adoption of AI technologies across teams • Define and monitor project performance standards • Guide evaluation and deployment of development tools • Build strong partnerships within and outside the organization • Ensure compliance with architectural standards and practices Requirements: • 10+ years in IT, with at least 5+ in leadership • Proficient in AI tech and software development practices • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Project management and leadership experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field Shape innovative approaches in software engineering and AI at MCAP while driving team success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
