Job description
Become a Strategic Financial Analyst at BRP, where your analytical prowess will drive optimization in financial performance. This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and process efficiencies. In this role reporting to the VP of Finance, you will combine financial expertise with analytical skills to impact value creation. You'll strategically analyze and improve operational processes, contribute to financial decision-making, and support change management initiatives. Your analytical and collaborative approach will be vital for enhancing financial workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes • Develop financial tools to improve management reporting • Build and monitor effective key performance indicators (KPIs) • Translate operations into financial impacts using modeling • Create executive-level presentations for financial reviews Requirements: • Relevant degree in finance, analytics or similar • Proven experience in business analytics and performance finance • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies • Excellence in English for effective international collaboration Apply your financial acumen and innovation to drive sustained success at BRP. #J-18808-Ljbffr
