Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the Senior Manager, Process Operations – Product Creation & Advanced Concepts, you drive operational excellence across our product creation supply chain functions, as well as strategic integration of Advanced Concepts (AC) innovation into the broader business ecosystem. You are accountable for seasonal delivery, process optimization through cross-functional alignment, connected and seamless I2C enablement, and integrating AC early-stage innovation into mainline processes and operating models.

You operate at the intersection of product development, materials, and sourcing to connect internal teams, driving seasonal and strategic priorities that align to business objectives. You play a pivotal role in partnering with the Innovation Incubation squad to accelerate validated concepts into pilot, commercialization, and scale.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team:

The Process Operations team builds a culture of radical collaboration that enables and scales enterprise-wide processes across the value chain. We empower teams with the clarity, systems, and capabilities needed to achieve operational excellence and deliver seamless, integrated execution.

We lead enterprise alignment to connect innovation, operations, and commercialization - fueled by efficiency and transparency. As part of this team, you play a critical role in integrating Advanced Concepts with the broader business, helping turn innovation into scalable, market-ready impact.

If you were in the Senior Manager, Product Creation & AC Integration - Process Operationsrole now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Leading the operational integration for Advanced Concepts outputs into in-season pathways
  • Partnering with the Innovation Incubation squad to transition concepts into pilots and market-ready solutions
  • Facilitating cross-functional alignment to deliverables within the Product Creation and Advanced Concepts teams
  • Leading seasonal I2C delivery across product development, materials, sourcing and planning teams
  • Driving partnership across functional operations, and product and design teams to ensure collaborative, solution-oriented approach to seasonal delivery
  • Developing governance models, KPIs, and tracking systems for incubation programs
  • Overseeing portfolio planning, resource allocation, and budget (CAPEX & OPEX)
  • Driving alignment and decision-making across senior stakeholders
  • Enabling project teams with clear frameworks, RACI structures, and execution rigor
  • Managing external partnerships and innovation ecosystem relationships

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Building, leading and mentoring a high-performing team
  • Presenting incubation results at large scale business moments to senior leadership stakeholders
  • Supervising a large incubation portfolio with Project Management reports

Are you our next Senior Manager, Process Operations - Product Creation & AC

  • You have proven experience influencing senior leadership in cross-functional environments
  • You have a strong understanding of the product creation environment
  • You have a strong understanding of materials, manufacturing, and product lifecycle
  • You have financial acumen including budgeting and business case development
  • You excel with stakeholder alignment and communication skills
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
  • You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it

Compensation

The salary range for this role is CAD$126,000 - CAD$165,000. Total Rewards
