Job description
Join Volkswagen Financial Services as a Vehicle Remarketing Operations Specialist in a hybrid setting. Lead initiatives in a key leadership role that focuses on enhancing team performance and service efficiency. This senior specialist role is vital for overseeing the day-to-day functions of Vehicle Remarketing Services. You will manage high phone traffic, provide team support with escalated dealer inquiries, and take responsibility for team training and performance updates. Your proactive approach will ensure effective communication and reporting of KPIs. Key Responsibilities: • Cover phones during high volume and team absences • Actively manage task priorities and expectations • Offer guidance for dealer inquiries and escalations • Track KPIs and maintain SLAs for reporting • Lead team huddles for performance communication Requirements: • Required: College diploma; preferred: university degree • 3-5 years in business operations • Preferred: 1+ year of leadership and remarketing experience • Skilled in conflict resolution and effective listening • Attention to detail and strong time-management capabilities Facilitate team success and operational excellence in Vehicle Remarketing Services with Volkswagen Financial Services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
