Job description
We are a warm, easygoing family looking for a caring, reliable nanny to become part of our son's life. We're hoping to find someone who can start with occasional babysitting (approximately 1–2 times per month) and transition into mostly full-time weekday care in July 2027. Our son is a happy, curious toddler who loves being outdoors, exploring, reading books, and staying active. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children and creating fun, engaging experiences. Schedule **Now until Summer 2027:** * Occasional babysitting, approximately 1–2 times per month * Mostly evenings or weekends, with advance notice **July 2027:** * Mostly full-time care during weekdays * Exact hours to be discussed with the successful candidate Responsibilities * Provide attentive, loving care for our son * Plan age-appropriate activities, crafts, games, and outdoor play * Prepare simple meals and snacks * Change diapers and assist with potty training when appropriate * Follow nap and daily routines * Light clean-up after activities and meals * Keep play areas tidy * Communicate with us about his day We're Looking For Someone Who Is: * Experienced caring for toddlers * Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy * Patient, kind, and energetic * Comfortable spending time outdoors * CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification) * Has a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation (preferred) If you think you'd be a great fit for our family, we'd love to hear from you!
