Job description
Nous recherchons un(e) Formateur(trice) d'équipe pour soutenir le développement de notre personnel. La personne retenue sera responsable de l'intégration et de la formation des nouveaux employés, ainsi que de l'accompagnement et du coaching des employés qui nécessitent un soutien supplémentaire afin de les aider à atteindre les normes de performance de l'entreprise. Lorsque les activités de formation ou de coaching ne sont pas requises, le titulaire du poste apportera son soutien aux opérations en assumant divers rôles selon les besoins de l'entrepôt. Horaire : 7h-15h30 lundi-vendredi OU 15h30-23h30 lundi-vendredi Responsabilités · Former et intégrer les nouveaux employés. · Fournir du coaching et un accompagnement personnalisé aux employés ayant besoin d'améliorer leur rendement. · Évaluer les progrès des employés et offrir une rétroaction constructive. · Collaborer avec les superviseurs afin d'assurer l'atteinte des objectifs de performance. · Maintenir un environnement de travail positif, axé sur le développement et le travail d'équipe. · Soutenir les opérations quotidiennes en occupant d'autres fonctions selon les besoins. Qualifications · Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en leadership. · Capacité à enseigner, motiver et encadrer les autres. · Patience, professionnalisme et sens de l'organisation. · Expérience en formation, coaching ou supervision (un atout). · Capacité à s'adapter à différents rôles opérationnels. This role is responsible for onboarding and training new employees, as well as coaching employees who require additional support to improve their performance and meet company standards. When training or coaching responsibilities are not required, the successful candidate will assist with daily operations by performing other roles as needed. Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday-Friday OR 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities · Train and onboard new employees. · Coach and mentor employees who need additional support to improve performance. · Monitor employee progress and provide constructive feedback. · Work closely with supervisors to ensure performance expectations are met. · Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment. · Assist with operational duties and fill other roles as required. Qualifications · Strong communication and leadership skills. · Ability to teach, coach, and motivate others. · Patient, organized, and professional. · Previous experience in training, coaching, or supervision is an asset. · Flexible and able to perform a variety of operational tasks.
