Job description
Lead a dynamic team in material logistics with Bombardier in Dorval. This managerial role focuses on purchasing, delivery flow, and enhancing customer satisfaction. As the Material Logistics Leader, you will manage a team of over 10 employees while overseeing purchasing and addressing part non-conformities. In this role, you’ll communicate directly with the Director and ensure that team workflows support customer satisfaction and efficiency. Your expertise in supply chain management will drive the development of key performance indicators and the training of team members. Key Responsibilities: • Manage purchasing and delivery flow for parts • Oversee team performance and training initiatives • Communicate effectively with upper management • Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies • Facilitate staff meetings and project implementations Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Business or Supply Chain Management • 5+ years in purchasing or inventory management • Proficient in SAP and MS Office Suite • Bilingual in English and French preferred • Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus Utilize your managerial skills and expertise in logistics to boost efficiency and enhance the customer experience at Bombardier. #J-18808-Ljbffr
