Job description
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative for a growing manufacturing organization.

  • Pay Rate: $55,000 + 2% uncapped commission on all new business generated
  • Location: Greater Toronto Area | Field-Based | On the Road
  • Shift: Monday to Friday
  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, develop, and secure new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Conduct outside sales calls, client visits, and networking activities to expand market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions
  • Manage and grow key accounts while generating new revenue streams
  • Utilize a proactive "door-knocking" and outbound sales approach to introduce products and services to prospective customers
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements to successfully close sales opportunities
  • Maintain and update customer information, activities, and opportunities using Dynamics 365 CRM or similar platforms
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance objectives
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven success in Outside Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Territory Sales, or Account Management
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience developing new business and managing existing accounts
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate sales performance and identify opportunities
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Experience within manufacturing, construction, building materials, distribution, wholesale, or related industries is considered an asset
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
