ERP Project Manager - D365 SME

THE ROLE:

Our client is seeking a D365 Functional Support Consultant to provide ongoing support, training, and optimization for a recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. The organization is looking for an experienced resource to help maximize system utilization, improve reporting capabilities, and support business stakeholders across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support for D365 across: Finance & Accounting - Supply Chain - Procurement & Purchasing - Inventory Management - Sales & Quotations - Operations
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective D365 solution
• Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and business insights for end users.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system utilization
• Deliver user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and Lunch & Learns
• Support stakeholders with day-to-day questions and troubleshooting

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Extensive functional experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
• Proven background working across Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Sales, and Operations
• Experience leading ERP-related projects, enhancements, or continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective D365 solutions
• Demonstrated success developing reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business analytics
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
• Strong training, facilitation, and knowledge transfer skills
• Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and provide practical solutions for end users
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Process improvement mindset with a focus on driving user adoption and maximizing system value
