We are currently hiring a contract part-time Direct Support Professional for a new individual support location in Petrolia, Ontario.
Direct Support Professionals make a difference in people's lives by providing support to people with developmental disabilities in all activities of daily living in their homes and the community and by fostering independence and personal growth. In conjunction with the person, their team and family/friends, Direct Support Professionals are responsible for planning and overseeing provision of support, along with creating skill development opportunities for people supported in aspiration to reach their life goals.

Lambton County Developmental Services started back in 1955 when a group of parents whose children with developmental disabilities came together while dreaming of a life without limitation for their loved ones. We focus on ability, respecting that each person's life and path are unique; one person at a time!
