What you will do
Project Coordination:
Oversee building and construction project administration, including new construction, space buildouts, and facility expansions.
Track to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Oversee the reporting and management of the financial operations of the facility ad projects

Issuing of contracts in accordance with project and JCI policy.
Vendor Management to include invoice controls and sign off, payment terms met as contractually agreed, updates to vendor profile, vendor set up.
Budgeting and Reporting:
Contribute to the develop of and monitoring of budgets for facility operations and projects.

Maintain a project pipeline report from inputs from Team Members.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, facility management, project management, or a related industry experience in the field.
Experience: Previous experience in facility management or project coordination would be an asset.
Skills:
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $73,500 - $91,900 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
