Job Description

Responsabilities

  • Develop, implement, and adjust business development strategies aligned with RSSW Wheels’ corporate objectives and expansion plans
  • Identify, target, and develop new markets and customer segments
  • Proactively represent the company to increase brand presence across Western Canada
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats
  • Maintain and strengthen strong, sustainable, and profitable relationships with existing clients
  • Develop new strategic partnerships to expand the distribution network
  • Ensure regular follow-up with key accounts to maximize their growth potential
  • Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Use CRM tools and other internal systems to document activities and ensure effective pipeline management
  • Advise clients and prospects on RSSW Wheels products (technical specifications, compatibility, applications)
  • Provide technical support tailored to client needs to support decision-making
  • Train clients on products, new releases, and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, logistics) to ensure a fast and effective response

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales representation
  • Field sales experience
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain business relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership
  • Strong communication skills and team player mindset
  • Business acumen and results-oriented approach
  • Strong listening skills and customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail in identifying opportunities and managing follow-ups
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Comfortable with technology: MS Office, CRM
