Job description
Become part of LendCare’s supportive environment as a Bilingual Customer Collections Agent. Use your bilingual skills to help clients resolve overdue financial accounts successfully. In this role at LendCare, a proud member of the goeasy family, you will be responsible for conducting outreach to customers in French and English. Your primary focus will be on understanding their financial challenges and helping them create feasible repayment plans. This role is essential in maintaining positive customer relationships while driving collection efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Perform empathetic customer calls to address overdue accounts • Negotiate suitable repayment options for clients • Administer accounts with past-due financial loans • Engage in negotiations and explore financing solutions • Keep accurate records of collection activities Requirements: • Minimum 1-2 years in collections or customer support • Bilingual in both French and English is essential • Experience with automated dialers beneficial • Strong communication skills, both oral and written • Proficiency in MS Office applications Combine your communication skills and financial acumen to make a difference at LendCare, where supporting customers is a top priority. #J-18808-Ljbffr
