As a Bilingual Sourcing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs. This position involves developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and to ensure the best candidates are brought on board. A keen eye for detail, strong networking skills, and a passion for recruitment are essential.

Location: Fully Remote

Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 plus Comprehensive Benefits

Job Type: Full Time

Your Day to Day:
The Sourcing Specialist if responsible for sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines for a large variety of roles across Canada. This role will take responsibility for:

  • Advertising and maintaining job posts across a variety of different job sourcing locations (job boards, communities, social media etc)
  • Maintain SAP Applicant Tracking System for all assigned roles
  • Screen candidates, including initial phone screens and present shortlisted candidates to Recruitment Business Partners
  • Create and maintain job descriptions and job post templates
  • Build talent pools and talent pipelines for all roles
  • Support Recruitment Business Partner on head hunting and passive sourcing strategies
  • Support recruitment administration
  • Support HR projects as delegated
  • Additional tasks as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Strong communication skills in both English and French, verbal and written
  • Strong intuitive judgment when assessing candidates.

Bonus Points For:

  • HR Certificate or Diploma, or relevant experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Experience with SAP Applicant Tracking System
  • Experience using job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to act with tact, good judgement and discretion

Vous serez responsable de développer des stratégies de recherche de candidats, de bâtir des bassins de talents et de soutenir l’équipe de recrutement afin d’attirer les meilleurs profils pour une variété de postes à travers le Canada.

Il s’agit d’un poste contractuel temporaire pour un remplacement de congé de maternité, offrant une excellente occasion de contribuer à une équipe dynamique et de jouer un rôle important dans l’attraction des meilleurs talents.

Votre quotidien

Le/la Spécialiste en acquisition de talents est responsable de la recherche de candidats et du développement de bassins de talents pour une grande variété de postes à travers le Canada. Les principales responsabilités incluent :

  • Créer, publier et maintenir les affichages de postes sur différentes plateformes de recrutement (sites d’emploi, communautés professionnelles, médias sociaux, ;
  • Maintenir le système de suivi des candidatures SAP (ATS) pour les postes assignés;
  • Effectuer la présélection des candidats, incluant les appels de présélection téléphonique, et présenter les candidats qualifiés aux partenaires d’affaires en recrutement;
  • Créer et maintenir les descriptions de postes ainsi que les modèles d’affichage;
  • Développer et maintenir des bassins de talents et des pipelines de candidats;
  • Soutenir les partenaires d’affaires en recrutement dans leurs stratégies de chasse de talents et de recherche de candidats passifs;
  • Fournir un soutien administratif aux activités de recrutement;
  • Soutenir différents projets en ressources humaines selon les besoins;
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe requise.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit;
  • Excellent jugement et capacité à évaluer efficacement les profils des candidats;
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et grand souci du détail;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution;
  • Solides aptitudes relationnelles et capacité à bâtir des relations avec les candidats et les parties prenantes.

Atouts recherchés

  • Certificat, diplôme en ressources humaines ou expérience pertinente en recrutement;
  • Expérience en service à la clientèle;
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques;
  • Expérience avec un système de suivi des candidatures (ATS), idéalement SAP;
  • Expérience avec des plateformes de recrutement telles que Indeed et LinkedIn;
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement rapide et en changement;
  • Professionnalisme, tact, discrétion et excellent jugement dans la gestion d’informations confidentielles.
