Adecco Professional currently hiring for a Receptionist job opening in Toronto, ON. This ongoing temporary/interim Receptionist opening is best suited for someone who is available on Mondays on a long-term basis - the location is on the Yonge Subway line and would be 8:30am - 5pm. The responsibilities for the Part-Time Receptionist job opening in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to:
  • Meeting, greeting, and directing clients to specific contacts or services by providing an all-around warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Receiving and forwarding inquiries through various multi-line calls and utilizing channels of communication such as in-person, by telephone, and/or other electronic platforms.
  • Responsible for receiving couriers in and also for sending out; waybill creations.
  • Maintaining a clean and polished front entrance area, ensuring that visitors log in and out of the meeting rooms.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Other front desk duties as assigned.

Some of the qualifications for the Receptionist job openings in Toronto, ON includes:
  • At least 6 months + of relevant experience as a front desk receptionist or similar, preferably within an office environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, interacting with various levels of clients and internal staff members - strong interpersonal skills.
  • Polished and professional presentation; this environment is more business casual in dress code.
  • Proficient with technology and office related tools and programs Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Client centric, positive and can-do attitude.

This part-time Receptionist job opening in Toronto, ON is starting immediately and there will be some cross training possibly on other weekdays. Please note this request is for Mondays only and is on-site (TTC subway line 1 accessible) and is paying $19/hr plus 4% vacation pay on a weekly basis.
