Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Icertis CLM Consultant to serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the implementation and optimization of Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, configuration, and end-to-end implementation while partnering with business and technical stakeholders to streamline contract management processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the Icertis CLM Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and end-to-end implementation.
Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Business, and IT teams to optimize contract lifecycle processes, including authoring, approvals, negotiations, obligations management, and reporting.
Configure and implement Icertis CLM solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
Provide guidance on integrations, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.
Recommend best practices to maximize platform efficiency and business value.
Strong hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
Experience delivering end-to-end Icertis CLM implementations.
Expertise in contract lifecycle processes, including authoring, approvals, negotiations, obligations, and reporting.
Experience with system integrations, data migration, testing, and user training.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting environment.
