Pay: $23.99 to $25.88 per hour, + shift premium
Schedule: 12-hour continental shifts, rotating
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor process equipment in a continuous chemical manufacturing environment while supporting production, quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Take routine field readings, identify process or equipment issues, and communicate concerns to the Shift Leader for timely resolution.
- Perform minor equipment repairs, assist maintenance personnel as needed, and help coordinate more complex maintenance requirements.
- Safely handle chemicals, wear required PPE, operate pumps and valves, and connect or disconnect hoses for transferring products, chemicals, or wastewater.
- Monitor and support wastewater, sanitary, and storm water systems in accordance with facility requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility, operate hoist equipment, participate in safety initiatives, and follow required production practices.
