Instrumentation Technician – Wabasca

Role Summary:

We are seeking a 3rd or 4th year Instrumentation Technician with preventative maintenance experience to join our team in Wabasca. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting instrumentation and control systems on industrial projects. Candidates should be licensed or certified and ready to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and control systems
• Troubleshoot and repair process control equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
• Work collaboratively with project teams

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Certification or license in instrumentation, process control, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in industrial settings
• Ability to pass a pre-access drug and alcohol test
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to site
• Must have valid safety tickets (CSO, Standard First Aid, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, AWP)
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $30-$34
• Shift Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off - 12 hours per day
• Camp provided
