Functions

• plan, organize and lead activities for young people at primary level (sporting or artistic or cultural or scientific depending on your skills)
• ensure the proper functioning of the groups during activities and ensure their safety
• encourage a spirit of initiative among young people so as to enable them to develop their sense of responsibility, organization and autonomy span>
• encourage exchange and discussion between young people
• stimulate and encourage young people to create and carry out projects
• plan appropriate courses according to their age and ensure progression of learning
