IT Niche is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales division and drive significant revenue growth. Based in Toronto, Canada, this Full-Time position is a fantastic opportunity for a results-oriented leader to join a forward-thinking digital agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, managing the sales team, and expanding our client base. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our end-to-end web design, SEO, and digital marketing services, helping businesses strengthen their online presence and achieve measurable success. At IT Niche, we combine technical expertise with practical marketing insights, and we are looking for a sales leader who can effectively communicate this value to prospective clients.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales targets and support our business objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team quotas, providing ongoing training and performance management.
* Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
* Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
* Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services, including web design, SEO, and e-commerce solutions, through proposals and presentations.
* Collaborate with our marketing and technical teams to ensure our sales approach is aligned with our service delivery capabilities.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Qualifications
* Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within the digital marketing or IT services industry.
* A demonstrable track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong business sense and industry expertise, with an in-depth understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and web development concepts.
* Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to formulate effective strategies.
* A proactive and results-driven approach to business development.
