Job description
Drive the success of Crisis24 Academy's LMS in Montréal as the Product Owner. Optimize user experience and oversee efficient operations for all training needs. As a crucial part of the Corporate Operations and Administration team, this hybrid role encompasses daily management of the LMS. You will be responsible for addressing user needs, managing support issues, and fostering continuous improvement for the learning environment. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: • Administer and optimize LMS daily operations • Oversee course management and user access setups • Lead support initiatives for LMS users and instructors • Analyze user feedback and support metrics for improvements • Ensure high standards of data accuracy and reporting Requirements: • Experience managing an LMS (e.g., Absorb, Docebo) • Strong problem-solving capabilities • Excellent attention to detail • Capable of clear communication with diverse stakeholders • Experienced in managing data using Excel/CSV Support Crisis24's mission to provide effective training as the LMS Product Owner. #J-18808-Ljbffr
