Job description
Take charge of the grocery department at No Frills, focusing on customer satisfaction and sales growth as a Grocery Department Manager. Your leadership will shape store success. In this vital role, you will engage with customers to ensure their needs are prioritized. Lead a team of colleagues, providing motivation and guidance to achieve departmental excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining operational and merchandising standards while overseeing sales results.
