We are looking for a process‑driven Dealer Network Coordinator who will report to the Network Operations and Dealer Group Manager and will be tasked with managing day‑to‑day network changes and dealer network compliance. As part of your role, you’ll significantly contribute to the organization’s growth and elevate the quality of the dealer network, playing a central part in evolving the network of the future.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with the implementation of action plans related to the optimization of the North American dealer network
- Conduct market and performance analysis for the North American dealer network
- Manage new dealer applications and existing dealer buyouts, relocations, and structure change files
- Manage dealer termination files, including completing dealer evaluations, providing all information to the legal department, and ensuring legal compliance
- Monitor dealers’ compliance with their obligations
- Manage requests from dealers and the sales team as well as violations related to the application of the BRP Dealer Agreement or any laws
- Facilitate communication between the sales team and the dealer network regarding compliance of dealer obligations, termination of business relationships, or breach‑of‑contract cases
- Execute and maintain high‑quality files by following the network development workflow process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or in any pertinent field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong project‑management skills with the ability to effectively manage time and activities by prioritizing
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with the dealer network
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments
- Proactive and collaborative team player
- Required to work onsite in the Sherbrooke, QC office 50% of the time or the equivalent of 5 days per 2 weeks
