Our client is a non-profit community center providing services to the community for over 30 years They are looking for an HR Specialist with experience in compensation and benefits. This is a fantastic work environment!
Pay:
– $27-$32/hour, based on experience
Shift:
– Monday to Friday 8am-430pm
Responsibilities
– Compensation, benefits and pension administration
– Leave management and disability administration
– Employee and Management support of HR programs and policies
– Payroll and HR systems support
– Pay equity and HR compliance
– WSIB management and compliance
Requirements
– Degree in Human Resources and/or related field of study
– CHRP designation preferred
– Minimum 2+ years of HR and benefits administration experience.
– Maintains current, up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes, employment law, and related professional education.
– Strong HRIS and reporting experience.
– Possesses valid Class G driver’s license and ability to travel to other local facilities.
