Job description
Step into the Customer-Focused Regional Manager role at Gordon Food Service, where strategic planning meets excellent client relationship management. A commuting presence at the Milton DC is expected four times a week. This leadership position works closely with the National Multi Unit Managers and NMU Director to meet sales targets while guiding the Canadian Multi Unit Account Management group. You'll analyze customer needs, develop actionable strategies, and cultivate relationships that lead to profitable growth. Your strategic acumen will facilitate customer onboarding and drive contract implementations effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Guide a team of National Multi Unit Account Managers • Assess customer relationships to enhance value and growth • Define quality standards and ensure adherence to KPIs • Promote inter-departmental cooperation for improved service • Lead strategic business reviews with top-level executives Requirements: • Experienced leader with a track record of high performance • Proficient in engaging senior management • Demonstrated ability in influence and relationship building • Strong character and proactive work ethic • Effective in problem resolution and critical thinking Shape customer experiences and relationship management at Gordon Food Service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
