The role supports the design, manufacture and operation of next‑generation aircraft engines and focuses on continuous improvement, digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives across the enterprise.
What Are Our Expectations
The identified candidate will work with local subject‑matter experts (SMEs) to lead multiple continuous improvement, digital transformation and AI implementation projects. Responsibilities include full project management, process documentation, organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and the day‑to‑day oversight of Quality Transformation activities.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
- Lead multiple cross‑functional Quality, Digital Transformation, Continuous Improvement, and AI initiatives simultaneously
- Partner with Digital Technology, Data & AI teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to develop and deploy digital applications and AI‑enabled solutions
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Operations, IT, Data Science and Business SMEs
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to drive accountability
- Collaborate with RTX business units—Pratt & Whitney, Collins Aerospace, Raytheon and RTX Corporate—to benchmark AI capabilities, share best practices, identify enterprise AI opportunities and promote alignment across the RTX enterprise
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and regularly communicate project status, risks, dependencies and mitigation plans to senior leadership
- Provide oversight, coaching and support to SMEs/initiative owners throughout project execution
- Facilitate workshops to identify business opportunities, document processes, define requirements and prioritize transformation initiatives
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans and risk mitigation strategies
- Develop and deploy change management plans, as well as process documentation and work‑instructions
The tools you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Experience leading AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Analytics or Intelligent Automation initiatives
- Experience collaborating with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Digital Technology teams
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Experience with business process mapping, process documentation and process optimisation
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
