Job description
Be an integral part of Grandview Kids as a Building Services Specialist, responsible for essential maintenance and housekeeping roles. This full-time contract position requires onsite engagement. As a Building Services Specialist, you will work under the Building Services Manager to ensure the facility runs smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities include executing housekeeping duties and monitoring building systems. Every task contributes to improving the quality of life for the children and families we serve at Grandview Kids. Key Responsibilities: • Execute janitorial and housekeeping services per established standards • Oversee maintenance of building systems including plumbing and electrical • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities • Ensure compliance with safety and air quality regulations • Participate in departmental policy development Requirements: • Technical program graduate or equivalent experience • Minimum of 3 years in building maintenance • Excellent computer and time management skills • A valid driver’s license is mandatory • Solution-oriented with a proactive approach Support the vital services at Grandview Kids by ensuring a clean and safe environment for children and families. #J-18808-Ljbffr
