We are hiring a Full-Time & Part-Time Remote Payroll Clerk to join our growing team. As a Remote Payroll Clerk, you will assist with processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring employee information is accurate and up to date. You will work closely with the payroll and finance teams to support timely and accurate payroll operations.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with processing employee payroll accurately and on schedule.
Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.
Verify timesheets and payroll data for accuracy.
Prepare payroll-related reports and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
Support the payroll team with administrative and data entry tasks.
Perform other payroll-related duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and payroll software.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
