Key Responsibilities:
• Manage continuous improvement in engineering and tooling processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 7+ years in high-volume precision manufacturing
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Lean Six Sigma certification is favorable
• Strong expertise in tooling or die-casting is preferred
