As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll own full-cycle recruitment across Corporate, Sales, and Construction while helping shape the quality of talent that fuels Fusion Homes’ continued growth.

This is more than a recruiting role. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, influencing hiring decisions, challenging assumptions when needed, and ensuring every hire strengthens our culture and raises the bar. You’ll combine sound judgment with strong execution, balancing pace with quality to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $90,000–$120,000 CAD, plus eligibility for an annual bonus. Final compensation will be based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
