Job description
Become a key player at Discovery’s Kidd Operations as a Programmer Analyst, focusing on improving business applications. This role emphasizes user support and effective project management. In this position, you’ll work under the IT Manager to enhance one or more business applications. You'll identify user gaps and implement effective solutions while leading projects through various phases. Your responsibilities will also include designing documentation and collaborating with team members to achieve operational success. Key Responsibilities: • Manage customer service requests efficiently • Analyze business needs by conducting customer interviews • Lead projects ensuring on-time delivery of benefits • Design and document specifications for system enhancements • Develop application components to specification Requirements: • College/University degree in information sciences • 3-5 years of related experience • Strong skills in project management and customer service • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Knowledge of relational databases and development tools Utilize your analytical and project management skills to support Discovery’s goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
