Job description
Explore a rewarding Electrical Engineer position at Spencer Engineering within BESTECH, focusing on mine hoisting systems across North America. Collaborate on diverse engineering projects and enhance your career. As a full-time member of the Mine Hoist division, you will support engineering services under experienced mentors. This position emphasizes technical knowledge in industrial electrical systems and encourages growth even for those new to the mining sector. The role involves critical engineering tasks, functional team collaborations, and field inspections to ensure high standards in project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and finalize detailed technical designs according to regulations • Conduct field visits for accurate data collection and reporting • Lead project timelines and assist in client negotiations • Oversee quality assurance in engineering reports and designs • Participate in industry workshops for continuous learning Requirements: • Over 4 years of experience in related electrical engineering fields • Degree in electrical engineering and P.Eng registration or candidate status • Knowledge of relevant industry codes and excellent communication skills • Familiarity with Autodesk and Microsoft Office applications • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel as needed Advance your career in a specialized, collaborative setting by applying your engineering skills to impactful projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
