Senior ERP-SAP Solution Manager

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior ERP-SAP Solution Manager for an enterprise-level contract opportunity. In this role, you will take on a premier functional, technical, and architectural leadership capacity across both SAP sustainment operations and SAP project delivery initiatives.

As a principal solution manager, you will operate across a complex and evolving SAP ecosystem that includes SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECB, ECP) and Workforce Software, while providing technical guidance for upcoming implementations involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP Concur, and additional SuccessFactors modules. Operating within a hybrid work model, you will ensure seamless continuity between current operations and future-state digital transformations, aligning business processes with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and modern integration standards.

Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end leadership across SAP functional design, technical architecture, and operational support to ensure scalable, secure, and supportable enterprise solutions.

Define and govern integration architectures across SAP and non-SAP platforms using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns with robust error handling and auditability.

Guide functional alignment across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement, supporting SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, SAP Concur, and SAP S/4HANA processes.

Deliver technical direction across the SAP landscape, including SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, data replication, identity/access management, and environment strategies.

Establish and mature ITIL-aligned IT Service Management (ITSM) practices covering incident, problem, change, and release management.

Optimize ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and SAP4Me for ticket management, backlog triage, root cause analysis, and service delivery automation.

Define sustainment governance models, operational support frameworks, KPIs, and continuous improvement processes to guarantee long-term service stability.

Oversee solution assurance during project delivery, including design workshops, fit-gap analyses, testing strategies, cutover execution, and hypercare support.

Drive governance, risk, and compliance activities to ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards, privacy regulations, segregation of duties, and audit requirements.

Manage relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and AMS providers, reviewing deliverables to ensure strict alignment with enterprise standards.

Qualifications
Core Technical & ERP Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.

SAP Certifications: Professional SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).

Progressive ERP Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive SAP experience across solution delivery (implementation and sustainment), with at least four (4) years providing senior-level guidance in complex enterprise settings.

SuccessFactors & Payroll Depth: Demonstrated expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, EC Benefits, EC Payroll) with hands-on experience supporting payroll integrations and Workforce Software (Time & Attendance).

Multi-Module Capabilities: Hands-on experience across SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, SAP Concur, and Workforce Software.

Integration Architecture: Proven track record designing and supporting SAP integrations using modern patterns, APIs, middleware, and SAP BTP / SAP Integration Suite.

ITSM & Tooling: Hands-on experience with ITIL-aligned ITSM frameworks and practical execution using ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and SAP4Me.

Governance & Delivery Methodologies: Familiarity with enterprise frameworks such as SAP Activate or COBIT, along with knowledge of cybersecurity, segregation of duties, and audit controls.

Preferred Assets
SAP Certified Associate in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, or SAP Integration Suite (BTP).

Workforce Software Certified Consultant or ITIL Foundation Certification.

Prior experience in public sector or highly regulated enterprise environments.

Experience integrating or implementing adjacent enterprise solutions such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP Ariba, or Capital Budgeting platforms.
