Job description
Serve as an Associate Professor in Nursing at Manchester Community College, specializing in Medical/Surgical education. Engage in teaching and departmental leadership to advance nursing curricula. This faculty position entails a significant role in both teaching and mentoring nursing students. You will focus on quality educational experiences while ensuring adherence to accreditation standards and fostering an engaging learning environment. Leadership in recruitment activities and community partnerships is also essential. Key Responsibilities: • Teach courses in Medical/Surgical Nursing using effective methods • Develop and assess program curricula and teaching materials • Guide students academically and track their educational achievements • Coordinate departmental functions and foster industry relationships • Engage in recruitment initiatives and student support programs Requirements: • Master's degree in Nursing; active RN licensure • At least five years of experience in nursing education • Prior experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing • Commitment to professional growth and learning • Eligibility for licensure in New Hampshire Utilize your nursing expertise and teaching passion to inspire students at Manchester Community College. #J-18808-Ljbffr
