Job description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is hiring a Senior Cybersecurity Initiative Lead focused on strengthening risk posture and regulatory compliance. This key role involves working closely with cybersecurity and business leaders to implement extensive enterprise-wide programs. As a senior contributor in the Office of the CISO, you will manage integrated program delivery, coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure timely execution of complex cybersecurity initiatives. Your leadership will influence critical assessments and enhance operational efficiencies within HPE’s cybersecurity strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee complex cybersecurity programs across the organization • Develop comprehensive program plans with milestones • Drive accountability and track dependencies among delivery teams • Implement structured updates for senior leadership • Contribute to various cybersecurity and risk management initiatives Requirements: • Minimum of 10 years in program or project management • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field • Strong track record with large-scale programs • Skills in governance and execution discipline • Ability to work effectively in matrixed environments Contribute to HPE’s cybersecurity transformation with your leadership skills and drive significant program impacts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
