Our client, a leader in the cutting and transformation of specialty metals has an opening for an
Office Receptionist in Surrey, BC.
Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
Starting hourly rate is $22.00/hr
Responsibilities and Duties
– Answer and direct phone calls.
– Write and correspond to emails.
– Shop Order preparations.
– Invoice shipped Shop Orders.
– Assist with inventory management.
– Process shop hours report.
– Issue Expense and Process Purchase Orders.
– Maintaining filing systems.
Qualifications:
– Fluent in English, written and verbal communication skills.
– Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
– 1-year minimum administrative assistant experience.
– Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook and Excel in particular).
