Job description
Elevate your career at Gordon Food Service as an Inside Support Representative. This hybrid contract role focuses on enhancing customer service and supporting sales initiatives through effective communication. Based in Ajax, you will work closely with District Sales Representatives to manage orders, troubleshoot customer inquiries, and maintain robust client relationships. The role requires at least four days per week in the office and emphasizes customer engagement and support for the sales team during events. Your proactive approach will help drive account growth. Key Responsibilities: • Take customer orders through phone and email communications • Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs • Participate in sales meetings and coordinate event registrations • Provide delivery and routing support as required • Detail recurring customer issues and report them to management Requirements: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good time management and organizational capabilities • Experience in 10-key data entry and computer literacy • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently • Knowledge of sales and customer management software preferred Drive success at Gordon Food Service by bringing your customer service expertise to this impactful role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
