Job description
Lead significant ERP transformations as the Program Director for Financial Systems at AtkinsRéalis. Drive the strategic integration that shapes the future of financial operations globally. This pivotal role emphasizes the execution of the One ERP vision, focusing on seamless integration between finance, IT, and operational units. You will be integral in establishing governance frameworks and ensuring delivery excellence while promoting system optimization across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the integration roadmap for One ERP • Oversee Oracle EBS onboarding processes • Execute comprehensive program management across teams • Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for long-term value Requirements: • Extensive experience in ERP transformation leadership • Strong collaborative skills with finance and IT executives • Expertise in governance and stakeholder engagement • Ability to navigate global, matrixed environments • Bilingual proficiency in French and English Shape the trajectory of financial systems while enhancing global operational excellence at AtkinsRéalis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
