We are hiring a Remote Database Administrator Assistant to join our growing team. As a Remote Database Administrator Assistant, you will support the management and maintenance of company databases by ensuring information is accurate, organized, and up to date. You will work closely with team members to help maintain data integrity and support day-to-day administrative operations.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with maintaining and updating company databases.
Enter, review, and organize data with a high level of accuracy.
Verify information for completeness and consistency.
Generate basic reports and assist with record management.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Provide administrative support to the database management team.
Perform other data-related tasks as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and online database systems.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
