Vous devez être résident du Canada pour être éligible pour ce rôle. De préférence au Québec.

FLiiP, révolutionne l'industrie du fitness grâce à une plateforme SaaS tout-en-un à la fine pointe de la technologie, conçue pour les gyms commerciaux et les opérateurs de centres de remise en forme multi-sites. Leur solution permet de simplifier les opérations, centraliser les communications et augmenter considérablement la rétention des membres.

Avec plus de 4 millions CAD en financement d’amorçage et en tant que participant au programme Google for Startups Accelerator, FLiiP connaît une croissance rapide à travers l’Amérique du Nord.


Aperçu du rôle

Nous recherchons un Spécialiste du Support Client (Produit SaaS) passionné pour soutenir notre équipe en pleine croissance. Vous serez responsable de soutenir les besoins quotidiens de nos clients en leur offrant une expérience de qualité supérieure. Vous aiderez à résoudre des problèmes techniques, répondrez aux demandes des clients et collaborerez avec nos équipes produit et ingénierie pour assurer leur satisfaction et maximiser leur utilisation de notre plateforme.



Requirements

Qualifications essentielles

  • 2-4 ans d'expérience en service client B2B, de préférence dans un environnement SaaS ou technologique
  • Bilingue en français et anglais (l'espagnol est un atout)
  • Disponibilité à travailler le week-end (Sur appel seulement, en rotation 1 semaine sur 3)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et anglais
  • Aisance avec les technologies web et les plateformes SaaS
  • Expérience avec les systèmes de ticketing et les outils de support client (ex: Intercom, Zendesk, etc)
  • Expérience en escalation avec les équipes techniques et la création de ticket Jira
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs priorités
  • Connaissance de l'industrie du fitness/bien-être (professionnelle ou personnelle)
