Job description
Become an Assistant Superintendent at Chandos, overseeing construction activities and ensuring project delivery meets standards. Collaborate closely with clients and subcontractors for optimal outcomes. This Assistant Superintendent position is vital for managing the construction processes of large projects. You will provide direction, monitor budgets, and ensure effective communication on-site. With a foundational experience of five years required, your leadership will be crucial to driving projects to completion. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor project budget to identify gains and losses • Provide leadership for all project-related tasks • Ensure clarity of roles for site personnel • Inspect tools and coordinate repairs as necessary • Assist hands-on, including during extended hours Requirements: • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial projects • Proven management of $100K to $5M projects • Journeyman certification or equivalent experience preferred • Willingness to work night shifts and travel • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Excel in your career as you lead construction teams at Chandos, ensuring quality and timely project delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr
