Job description
Job Title Full Stack Engineer (Angular 80% / .NET 20%)Location Whitby, OntarioWork Model Hybrid (3 days per week in office). Fully onsite during probation period.Employment Type Full-Time, PermanentCompensation $90,000 – $130,000 CAD annually + RRSP matching.About The Role We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a strong front‑end focus to join a growing technology team in Whitby, Ontario. This position is primarily focused on Angular development (approximately 80%), with additional responsibilities supporting backend development using .NET technologies (approximately 20%). The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑quality web applications that support core business operations. Following the probation period, this role operates on a hybrid schedule of three days per week in office. During the probationary period, the role will be fully onsite to support onboarding and team integration.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using AngularDevelop and support backend services and APIs using .NET / C#Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutionsParticipate in code reviews and contribute to established development standards and best practicesTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issuesSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to system performance, scalability, and securityMaintain appropriate technical documentationQualificationsMinimum 3 years of professional software development experienceStrong hands‑on experience with Angular (recent versions preferred)Experience developing RESTful APIs using .NET / C#Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSSExperience working with relational databases such as SQL ServerFamiliarity with Git or other version control systemsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsCompensation & BenefitsAnnual base salary range of $90,000 – $130,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualificationsRRSP matching programPaid vacation and public holidays in accordance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA)Participation in company benefit programs, where applicableAdditional Information This position is based in Whitby, Ontario.
