Job description
Explore a permanent, Full-Time position as an Accounting Technician at Couche-Tard, focusing on Fixed Assets in Laval, QC. This role suits detail-driven candidates who thrive in organized environments. As part of the accounting team reporting to the Fixed Asset Manager, you will ensure accurate capitalization and reconciliation of fixed assets. Expect to perform compliance checks on capital invoices and maintain the fixed asset register, while also assisting during crucial month-end and year-end closing activities. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance of capital invoices with policies • Perform comprehensive inventory reconciliations • Maintain and update the fixed asset register • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing process Requirements: • DEC in Accounting required • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting • Bilingual in both French and English • Proficient in Office suite, notably Excel • Excellent organizational skills and deadline management Contribute your skills in fixed asset management at Couche-Tard and grow within the accounting field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
