Our team makes an impact every day by offering quality advice to customers across Canada – making WOW! mobile boutique Canada's premiere wireless retailer.The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) at WOW! mobile boutiqueTM plays a significant role in supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of the kiosk. When the Store Manager is absent the Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day sales and operations of the kiosk, adhering strictly and consistently to kiosk operational and selling standards.What you will achieve:Assist with leading a sales team in a dynamic and results driven cultureLead by example in all sales behaviours, following our sales process.Manage timekeeping, including investigating and clearing exceptions daily and creating schedulesLead daily sales huddles to set and track sales pace for the dayEnsure operational excellence by following and enforcing our policies and proceduresMaintain a high level of integrity with yourself and your teamManage store supplies and inventoryParticipate in and deliver documented coaching to your teamCheck and process inventory RMAs daily or as neededComplete Transactional Audits daily, share results with Manager and coach back accordinglyResolve customer escalationsAttend and participate in all required scheduled calls or webinarsConduct daily cleaning of all areas of the kiosk including maintenance of live demo devicesAssume Store Manager duties when they are absentHandle Trade-In processing and shippingBe flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends based on business needsWhat we're looking for:Be Ready To initiate conversations with mall trafficTo change and adapt in a fast-paced environmentBe Real Be your genuine selfApproach each customer in a unique and personalized wayBe Great Invested in personal and professional growth and developmentOpen to feedback and coaching1-2 years of store supervision and management experience, coaching, and leadership skills, developed in a retail organization, preferably within the wireless or electronics sectorDetail oriented and results focused individual with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgencyComfortable with modern technologyFlexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends based on business needsWhat we offer:Competitive wages50% of your monthly wireless planUnlimited Commission structureSales bonus based on store achievementsCompetitive group benefit packagePhysical Job Requirements:Ability to lift 30-50 poundsAbility to stand for extensive periods of timeHow We Hire:The team at WOW! mobile boutique believes in a fair, transparent and people-first hiring process.
